The access coordintor can help support in meeting the performers’ and guests’ access needs.

The access table will be located upstairs by the bar and near the dancefloor.

American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters will be available to interpret performances and float.

The bar will have alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages

Bathrooms are located in the basesment level of Judson Memorial Church. There are two accessible single stall bathrooms and a bathroom with multiple stalls.

Bathrooms can be reached via the stairs or the elevator from the dance floor (2-floors from the bathrooms) or the ground floor (1-floor from the bathrooms)

This event is Mask Mandatory.

All attendees are required to test negative on a COVID-19 test on the day of the event (if you are unable to access a COVID test please email us at general@cuentame.info. We will be at Judson Memorial Church on Thursday 9/4 from if you need to pick one up).

A.I.R. NYC has loaned all of their air filters for the evening. These air filters will be spaced throughout the building.

All performers will test and may be unmasked during their performances.

At the bar, there will be an area for drinking, here you may take a sip of your drink and put your mask back on.

LIVE CART and Creative Captioning will be available on screen to transcribe spoken word and the sounds of the music

There is a ground floor elevator that fits max two wheelchairs or 3 non-wheelchair users. The elevator is old so please respect the policy.

Judson Memorial Church is located next to Washington Square Park. It’s accessible by subway at the W 4th ST/ Washington Sq A,C,E,B,D,F,M trains or 8th st/NYU R,W trains. Walk is approx. 10 minutes according to google maps.

A live audio describer will describe the party including the performances, the space, and actions happening.

The relax space will be located on the lowest level. It is a space to decompress and relax designed by the artist Alex Dolores Salerno. There will be fidgets, ear defenders, day beds, yoga mats, other various seating, plants, and art. Only water may be allowed to drink in here and mask must stay on.

We will have day beds on the dance floor and seats with backs. The chill-out space will have days beds, bean bags, seats, pillows, and yoga mats.
